Tramontina Churrasco Steak Knife Gaucho with Polywood Handle Brown 127mm

I've been using this knife regularly when cooking steaks on the weekend smoker. It handles thick cuts beautifully and still feels as sharp as when I first unpacked it. The balance is excellent and makes slicing effortless.

We do steak night most Fridays and these knives have been brilliant. They glide through ribeye cleanly and feel really comfortable in the hand. The brown Polywood handle also looks great on the table.
