Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any items that arrive faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please email us with details of the issue.
- We may request clear photos of the damaged item for verification.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damage as soon as possible.
To return a damaged item:
- Customers must arrange return shipping via a reliable postal service.
- Please obtain tracking details and share them with us once the item is dispatched.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
After 30 days from purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Personal care / sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
- Arranging return shipping
- Covering return postage costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.
If your item was damaged and your claim is approved, standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Shipping Recommendations
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
