Appetito Fine Rasp Micro Grater Soft Grip Handle Stainless Steel

Been making lots of citrus desserts lately and this has been such a good addition to the kitchen. Gets plenty of zest without digging into the bitter pith. Really pleased with it.

I bought this mainly for fresh nutmeg and it's been fantastic. The fine texture comes out evenly every time and cleanup is simple afterwards.
