Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. For Regular (Parcel Post and Registered) parcels, please allow 3-6 business days. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 4-8 days (or more for very remote areas).
If your order is URGENT you can alert us to that fact in the message section of your order.
If the item you order is temporarily out of stock your order will be placed in the "pending" section until the item arrives. Unless suppliers are out of stock we usually turn orders around with 7 - 10 business days.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, postal service type selected and the total weight of the order. The Exact shipping charge is calculated and shown at the checkout before final purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Goods are dispatched within 1-3 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS POLICY
Defectives: We accept returns on defective products. You must indicate the nature of the defect. We will replace defective items with the same item or issue a refund if the same item is not available. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if a replacement is not available. Wrong Item Shipped: We will accept an item for return if we made an error and shipped the wrong product. We will replace the wrong item with the correct item or issue a refund if the correct item is not available. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the correct item is not available. Other Items: No other items can be accepted for return. How to Return an Item: You may return merchandise, subject to our return policy, by using the following procedure. 1. Check our return policy to determine whether or not the item is returnable. 2. Contact us by email, phone or fax to discuss the problem. 3. For defective returns you must indicate the nature of the defect. 4. Indicate the response you expect from us; replacement, refund, credit to account etc. 5. Once return has been approved place a copy of the invoice, merchandise, including original packaging and ALL contents, in a sturdy, safe, secure container, in such a way as to avoid damage to merchandise. 6.
